Terms & Conditions for Facilitators
Eligibility and Qualifications:
Facilitators must be at least 16 years of age
They should be interested in AI technologies, creative industries, or disability inclusion.
All are welcome. No prior experiences is required
Commitment:
Attend a mandatory Train-the-Trainer session (29th Nov 2024) from 10am to 5pm
Facilitate all three workshop days (3 hours each) in January 2025 (10th Jan 2025 (fri) from 2pm to 5pm, 15th Jan 2025 (wed) and 18th Jan 2025 (Sat) from 2pm to 5pm.
Be available for f2f/online mentorship and support to participants for one month following the workshops.
Assist in reviewing and providing feedback on team deliverables (one short film and at least 50 generated images per team).
Attendance & Reporting
Facilitators must report to CAW staff for check-in and check-out at each session for attendance marking
Any anticipated absence must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency
Repeated absenteeism or failure to properly report attendance may result in termination of the facilitation role
Facilitators must wear the provided CoCreateSG t-shirts (will be provided) when on duty
Responsibilities:
Guide participants through the workshop curriculum, ensuring understanding of AI tools and creative processes.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, particularly supporting the integration of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to participants throughout the program.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to AI tools used in the workshops.
Contribute to the evaluation of participants' final projects.
Conduct and Sensitive Issues:
Maintain professional behavior and adhere to CoCreateSG's code of conduct at all times
Respect the diversity of participants and promote an inclusive learning environment
Exercise particular sensitivity when working with PwDs and handling disability-related matters
Report any sensitive issues, concerns, or incidents immediately to program supervisors
Follow established protocols for handling challenging situations or conflicts
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the program
Data Protection and Confidentiality:
Facilitators must comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in handling any personal data of participants.
Exercise additional care in handling personal data of PwDs
Maintain confidentiality of all participant information
Report any sensitive issues, concerns, or incidents immediately to program supervisors
Obtain appropriate consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data
Report any data breaches or concerns immediately to program supervisors
Intellectual Property and Course Materials:
Any materials provided by CoCreateSG for facilitation purposes remain the property of CoCreateSG.
Strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or using course materials outside of the workshops
All workshop content and materials must be used exclusively within the program
Facilitators agree not to use or distribute these materials outside of the program without explicit permission.
Appointment Terms
The conditions stated in the appointment letter are legally binding
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination

Compensation:
Facilitators will receive a stipend for their services. The exact amount will be communicated upon selection.
Payment will be made upon successful completion of all facilitation duties, including the mentorship period.

CoCreateSG reserves the right to terminate a facilitator's involvement if they fail to meet their commitments or violate these terms and conditions.
In case of termination, compensation will be prorated based on the portion of duties completed satisfactorily.

By accepting the role of facilitator in the CoCreateSG program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
