Key terms and conditions for Participants

• Eligibility: Participants must be aged 16 and above. Creatives, Youth, freelancers, self-employed persons and/or Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Commitment: By accepting a place in the program, participants commit to:

• Attending all three workshop days (3 hours each) in January 2025
• Actively participating in team activities and discussions
• Completing and submitting the required deliverables (one short film and at least 50 generated images) within one month of workshop completion

Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful and inclusive behavior throughout the program. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

Intellectual Property:

• Participants retain ownership of their original ideas and creations.
• By participating, you grant CoCreateSG as well as its companies and sponsors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your created content for the purposes of showcasing the program and its impact.
• Participants shall grant CreativesAtWork and its partners and stakeholders a perpetual, irrevocable & worldwide licence at no costs to the reproduction, use and modification of any intellectual property it creates using the Fund for non-commercial and research purposes with no detrimental effect to the Project including but not limited to such photographs or video recordings. Recipient agrees that it shall execute such documents and do all such acts to give effect to the rights granted to CreativesAtWork and its partners and stakeholders under this clause.

Media Release: Participants agree to be interviewed, photographed and/or recorded during the workshops and showcase events. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality: Participants agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the workshops.

Technology Requirements: Participants are responsible for bringing their own laptop or device capable of running the required AI tools. CoCreateSG will provide information on the necessary software prior to the workshops.

Liability: CoCreateSG and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the program.

Changes to the Program: CoCreateSG reserves the right to make changes to the program structure, content, or schedule if necessary.

Termination: CoCreateSG reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the program for breach of these terms or for any behavior that disrupts the program or other participants.
